By accessing or using the Arkitekton platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You may use Arkitekton to design, assemble, and deploy software architectures in accordance with your subscription plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malicious constructs, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' workspaces or data.
The Arkitekton platform, including its source code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Arkeon Labs. You retain full ownership of the architectures, configurations, and applications you create using the platform. Constructs published to the marketplace are licensed under the terms specified by their respective authors.
The Arkitekton Marketplace allows users to publish, share, and sell constructs. Publishers are responsible for ensuring their constructs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property and comply with all applicable licensing requirements. Arkitekton reserves the right to remove any construct that violates these terms or poses a security risk. Revenue sharing for paid constructs is governed by the Marketplace Publisher Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arkeon Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
